Roof and soffits (1st estimate $16,000.00)

Tree trimming and removal ($1,200.00)

Windows for back porch

Possibly repair/replace windows on front porch

Fencing for backyard

Garage repairs (roof, soffits, some wood, paint)

2.    Furniture (list is being prepared)

3.    Vehicle maintenance -- approximately $6,000.00
